Human, woman, mom, wife, yoga instructor, musician, seeker, empath. Just like you- so many people wrapped into one. I live with my family in Pennsylvania, play bass in a couple of music projects and teach yoga. I practice what I preach and speak from experience - and like to share what I find out along the way with you!
